What is suitcase Spine?


Whether it’s a long trip by plane , car or train, you don’t want to suffer from neck and back pain known as Suitcase-Spine. It is a condition where you put excess pressure on the spine while traveling by lift heavy baggage or sitting in wrong position.

Back and neck pain can intensify when traveling due to the stress on the spine’s intricate network of muscles, joints, and discs. A common source of back strain while traveling is handling and lifting baggage, as well as sitting for long periods and poor spine support.
